Opening Doors For More Students

The Chandler Education Foundation (CEF) is excited to announce a new scholarship designed to uplift students whose talents and potential may otherwise go unnoticed. In alignment with CEF’s core priorities of access, innovation, and excellence, this new Foundation Scholarship is dedicated to supporting graduating seniors from Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) who face significant financial challenges.

Recognizing that excellence transcends traditional metrics like GPAs and accolades, the Foundation Scholarship celebrates students whose family responsibilities, work commitments, or other life demands have limited their ability to achieve conventional academic honors. By valuing diverse achievements, this award aims to provide financial support to those who inspire others with their determination and perseverance.

Starting with the graduating class of 2025, the Foundation Scholarship will offer essential financial assistance to help these promising students pursue further education, ensuring that academic opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of their circumstances.

How To Apply

To be considered for the Foundation Scholarship, CUSD graduating seniors must submit their application through the CEF online Foundant platform by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025.

Foundation scholarship applications will be evaluated by the CEF Board of Directors. These awards are specifically designed to support students with 'Financial Need' as measured through the Student Aid Index (SAI). Visit this page for more information on SAI.

Scholarship recipients will be notified through the system and invited to attend a celebration event at their school during the last week of April.
